Returns
If for some reason you did not get exactly what you requested.... If you need our help in making an informed decisson... or you just need some shipping help:
Please follow these directions to help us get you exactly what you need/want. All products purchased through www.oasisgarages.com must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be in resalable condition if it is a non-defective item. We are sorry, but if any item is returned in a non sellable condition it will not be accepted; and we will work with you to have that item re-shipped back to you at your cost - if you wish. No credit will be issued. This is at the sole opinion of Oasis Garages. For all other items:
· If it is defective we will replace with an item of equal value.
· Oasis Garages.com must be notified by letter, email, or via this site for pre approval of any return.
· All returns/exchanges must include your original receipt (packing slip) contained in your package indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason for the return.
· Returns/Exchanges received without the original receipt (packing slip) contained in your package will not be processed.
· If you have misplaced your original receipt (packing slip), please call customer service at 1-805-582-1833
· Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
· Items contained in your return package must be on your packing slip(s). Any item not listed on your packing slip(s) that was not originally purchased from www.oasisgarages.com will not be eligible for a return. Those items will be returned at your expense.
· We recommend that you return your items via an insured and traceable carrier service, such as FedEx, UPS, etc. as Oasis Garages is not responsible for lost packages in transit or return shipping costs. Your refund/exchange will take approximately 10-14 business days to process from the date of receipt by Oasis Garages. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
· If you are requesting an exchange, please note that the original transaction will be credited to your account followed by a new transaction (debit) for the new item (s).
